The Bai Mudan is made of beautifully dried, large leaves in hues of yellow and soft green. The liquor, smooth and silky, exudes aromas of herbs, fruits and flowers. Its zesty finish is most refreshing.
Usage (brewing) recommendations: 1 Pyramid Bag per serving of one cup. Top up with water at first boil (100 Deg C). Subject to the desired strength of liquor steep for 3/5 minutes.
